The way the "IF Module #3" is displayed, I can tell that the module is not defined in the system map. Go into Project -> System Map and define module #3 as type "BOBCAT-L". Also define the variable as you did earlier. To make it stick, save your project and then open the project (not the program) when you want to work on it.
Setting it as a Bobcat-L should fix it. Also, due to a problem with how C-Max interprets the Light sensing bobcat's data (it doesn't subtract 100), make the command:
IF Module #3 BOBCAT-L is < 356
