Hi Brian, just wondering if you have been able to get anything ready for us to play with, or perhaps the code is available somewhere for us to look at? Thanks !

Why be politically correct, when you can be right?

Well I'm back! ;-)

I've had a little problem over the last few months with excessive use of AC power (my wife showed me the electric bill!). So I've been forced to shutdown almost everything at one time. Of course I had too much distributed between too many systems to the shutdown played havoc on my HA. Anyway ...

This is just a note to let you know I'm now using the oclc/ocld tool (I hate CMAX's editor). If you make any changes to the Windows version compiler post 'em and I'll try to make sure they get into the SF version.

Now on to why xalib isn't able to talk to my Ocelot while Windows is ....

I recently made some minor changes based on Joe's feedback to the compiler (or actually more to the decompiler). Still haven't had time to fix a few other things he found (day of week, etc).

However, it now will correctly decompile things like:

ELSE (action 1)
ELSE (action 2)

(ie: no THEN)

whereas before it would produce code that would then not compile correctly.

Been swamped lately so haven't gotten the code in a form that I would want to post on SF. However, will try to do so over the next few weeks if possible.

Still a few bugs I know about:

1. Comments don't always appear on correct lines
2. goto line numbers don't always match up correctly (this has to do with blank or comment only lines not being counted correctly).
3. DayOfWeek, etc. don't work correctly on the decompiler - a little bug I mistakenly created. Not hard to fix, just finding the time.

And probably a few others. Hopefully I'll get around to some of these shortly.

Once I post the code onto SF, perhaps some of the others here could help on that as well?? :-)

I'm interested but don't count on quick response as it's spring (and summer like weather) and I'm interested in outside things! :-)

Right now my biggest problem is that Xalib 48 is not behaving well with my Ocelot (V200e Ex308). I did get it to read properly 1 time (the X10 state tables) but it fails after that.

Well I've got a lead on the problems I was having. It turns out the standalone programs may not work properly. I started up cpuxad & nxacmd and I was able to run it properly. I also used nxacpl to load the program oclc compiled. All is right with the world other than my current X10 black hole I need to find. But at least I've made good progress!

Is the oclc version you have on sourceforge the
latest version, or can I get you to mail me what
you have currently?

What Im looking for at this point are named labels,
skip-to functionality, and anything thats been done
with variable formatting in ascii messages.

You can mail me at />
