Good evening Kevin,

Well only bad news,I received my 29F040, earlier today.

I installed the chip, and no difference.

After a short time of the Ocelot trying to boot, it looses connection. and the active light doesn't flash or anything.

On the other hand the RX and TX.

Kevin, do you happen to have some refurbished units, floating around.

I'm sorry this did not fix the problem.

No we do not sell direct. You can send it into us to be repaired or you can try ebay for used ones.

Concerning repairs, do you have a fat fee for repairs or do you charge by the hour.

What address do I return the unit, and do you supply me with a RA.

According to the USPS, my Ocelot was delivered yesterday.

What is the normal time frame required before returning the repaired ocelot.
