I looked at the codes in IR-Max and they seem quite normal. I don't know where you obtained these codes but if they are correct, then the carrier frequency seems to be 36 kHz. Try learning one with that frequency and test it again.

is there any help on the forum about editing and writing code into IR Max
still no luck with IQ2 HD Pace TDS850NF remote codes on Ocelot controller

Have you looked at the IR Max documentation?

Look at section 2.3.1 on page 12 for instructions on importing Pronto codes.

I am confused
the LIR code in my system are written in machine language
there is only 265 lines not 1024 max
so I will have an issue converting and editing as I can not read the numbers
also I found a link that says that the IR codes are Nokia 32 protocal

What do you mean by the LIR codes being written in machine language? Do you have an example?
