I have a leopard 2 running with a temp bobcat secu 16 and a AT100. Now that Sandy came through my area the power goes out a lot as they fix the grid. So my question is why when the power comes back on the bobcat temp and the secu 16 are fine but the AT100 lost its address. And the only way to readdress it is to reload the flash file cycle the power to the At 100 and readdress everything why does this happen why does it only happen to the at 100?

The AT100 should not lose it's address on power outage. The address is stored in non-volitile memory. When this happens, have you tried cycling power to the AT100, then cycling power to the Leopard, without re-auto addressing?
