Hmm, hard to say what might be the problem. You should try it with just the first module connected and see if that works. If so then add a couple more, etc. Looks like something went wrong along the way.

just redone some of the connections and i have everything back. But it's slow. I have a contact closure and it takes about 2 seconds before the x10 signal is fired.

That kind of delay is pretty well normal, especially if you have several expansion modules like that. The bus latency and the time required to send X10 commands will make the delay an average of 1.5 to 2 seconds.

ok will think of some way around.

not sure whats happened I downloaded a little test program was having an issue with an x10 module.

I then loaded my normal project back into the Ocelot and now my ocelot isn't transmitting x10 codes.
apart from the x100 log displays e3 continuly.

I have tried to load the program again but has made no difference. I have powered down the unit for now.

What else can I do ???

thanks

one word of (sanity) warning: if you leave the X10 monitoring window open in C-Max, the Ocelot will not transmit any X10 commands that you try to send from C-MAx. Close the monitoring window first.

The E3 thing is odd. Is that code anywhere in your program?

Ok thanks for that, I not sending commands while monitoring.

I have left the ocelot powered off for 5 minutes turned it back on and am having this problem.

the module e3 is making a very quiet clciking noise as if it is recieving a command. The modules make this noise when they are addressed before a louder click when a on or off command is actually sent.

thanks

try reloading the executive and then your program.
