My ocelot has stopped cummunication on both the comm side and the x10 side after some close lighting strikes. The central power supply providing 5 and 12 volts shut down during the storm (ground fualt breaker tripped) and one network switch and the computer network connection fried on this switch and had to be replaced.
For the ocelot
status lights:
active blinks 4 times every 5 seconds
com red blinks periodicaly
x10 on
Status:
x10 program not running
com time out error
Actions so far:
replaced com chip in ocelot
used new com connection on cumputer
I'm not up todate on the active light. I think four blinks means it is starting program but is it reseting itself every 5 seconds when it blinks 4 times again.
Any ideas what to try next or is it time to buy a new ocelot?
