Since I don't use the IR portion of my Ocelot can I just remove the IR section from the system map? It would certainly make it much easier when I do my editing of it in wordpad if I did not have to scroll through such a long file.

What about removing other items I don't use?

No, don't remove any lines. The editor counts on each section and the correct number of lines being there.
