Hello.

As i supposed, i was not able to sell any Adi products....

So i am desperately trying to use them in my house, but they seems not able to do anything...
Not possible to use speak-easy modules (orrible result!!), not possible to change hour on Daylight saving time (the pc i have in my office is a Intel 486 year 1995 and do it....), not able to recognize ir (Adi told me i have strange Ir.....), so, i am now trying to use Adi products ONLY to set room-scenes.....

When Ocelots and Leopards (i have 2 ocelot and 2 leopard and they seems to be totally impossible to use!!) receive an x10 code (for example L-1 on), they sets the x10 modules in order to have a scenary....

Ok, it seems easy.

But as for the speak-easy module, and as for daylight-saving-time and for Ir-recognition...... it seems not to be possible!

If L-1 turns on
preset dim E2 70%

The result is E2 turns on very very very softly...... i think not more than 5%
I have tried to set 'Leviton' and 'PCS'..... same result.

Well...... can Adi please tell me if i can use the products i have bought??????????

Lets try this one thing at a time...

Why do you say you cannot set daylight saving time? Where are you located (city, country)?

For the speakeasy, what kind of power supply do you have? ac or dc, what voltage?

For your E-2 device, what brand and model is it? Some devices support preset dim, leviton (extended) dim, PCS dim... Some don't support any direct dim level commands, just relative dims.

Every device in my home (Europe) are Marmitek LWM1 and support extended code.
In fact, with an old controller (Lintronic) i can set them to a 'Presetted dim', but this controller is very 'simple' and can only send some x10 commands, but is not able to do 'if/then'. So i bought 2 Leopard and 2 Ocelot. Reading the description, i thought they can do the same things as Lintronic, but i thought they can do better and they can do many other things......
But at the moment, i am not able to use them in any way.

I have tested some things...

In the 'Controller access', i have opened the 'Send Leviton x10' menù.
Then i have selected House code and Unit code and i have set the brightness of the lamp.
Then i have pressed the bottom 'Set the light level' and the level is right.

Changing the light level on the status bar and pressing 'Set the light level', the lamp setting change in the right way.

But programming Ocelot with "Then Set x10 A1 to 40% in Leviton mode", nothing happens.....

Why?

Ok, so it appears to be a program logic problem, not an electronic one. Could you list the actual C-Max program here? Use the "Print to File" (under "File") function to create a listing that you could then post here.

Only 3 lines:

if L1 received
then e2 preset(leviton)
end

....

That sure doesn't look like an actual C-Max listing... I'll assume that you used the "IF Receive Single X10" command but I would rather have seen the actual program (it matters).

You should be looking for a command pair, not a single addressing command. This is assuming that your X10 transmitter is sending regular X10 command pairs. You should try using the "IF X10 Status/Cmnd Pair". It should look like this:

0001 - IF X-10 House L / Unit 1, ON Command Pair //
0002 - THEN Set X-10 House E / Unit 2, to: 50 % //
0003 - End Program //

If that doesn't work, then find out what your X10 transmitter is actually sending. If it is sending Extended Leviton commands, then the Ocelot cannot receive such commands.
