So I bought a 2476dh on ebay new. It didn't respond to x10 commands when trying to set it, you know, press up for 10 seconds and send x10 address three times. Well it just keeps blinking and does not see my attempts to set the address. If I replace it with a switchlinc v1 or a lamp module it works fine. I sent it back to smarthome and I got a new one, does the same thing. Any guidance in this are would be appreciated.
