Finally installing c-max 2.0. (upgrading from 1.70j) After decompressing and running Setup, I get:

"Error 1406: Could not write value versionMinor to key \products....."

I've been away from ADI and Cmax a long time. What did I not do right?

That error is a known installation program bug and can be safely ignored, as explained here:

Thanks Guy! I didnt think to IGNORE twice! Its installed now.
(I really did try to search the forum for a solution to this but did not find the one you provided. Please excuse my oversight.)
