I have a Sony DA80ES receiver tied to my Slink-e box via the slink port. I have always used a sony cde file that allowed me to change genre as well as other discreet codes. I need to figure out if there are IR equivalent codes to do the same or find out if there is a way to convert from Slink to IR.codes so that I am totally tied into the Slink-e should it die in the future. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have not had any luck finding information on the converting slink to IR.

Have looked up Pronto codes at http://www.remotecentral.com? Those codes can be imported into a ADI controller using the IR-Max conversion tool.

I have most of the discreet codes I am looking for except the ones to go directly to "Dolby" and "Acoustic". I can do it with the Control-A1 port via slink so I am hoping there are IR equivelant codes. Have a couple guys on remotecentral looking at their old Pronto files and have not heard from them. Most people say that Slink Control-A1 codes are embedded IR codes over the slink port so I am hoping I can find them so I can migrate everything over to the Ocelot and sell off the Slink-e device.

I have been looking over some Sony IR discreet codes at

and wonder if there is some utility that can convert these to something I can use. I have both a Slink-e and an Ocelot. Also if there is a way to covert them to Pronto codes I could use the IR-Max utility. My All In One died so I can't go the route I used to use.
