It seems I lost my labels for my SECU inputs and outputs label. How could I recover them, or I have to manually enter the names again?

The names and labels are not stored in the controller, so unless you can find the .prj file on your PC, you will need to create it from scratch.

An older version of the .prj file have the name and label, but my latest file since updating for daylight saving times does not. Why would it go away?

I don't know. I've never heard of someone losing the system map. Must be some kind of freak problem with the file on the disk drive.
