Blind controller, note mouse emitter.

Inside speaker.

Outside camera, hardwired. One on each corner of house.

What type of blind controller are used in the picture?
Can it both change the angle of the blinds and pull them up?

they are called auto tilt.
you can buy them at worthington; 45.00 each.
they only open and close. couldn't see pulling them up if
they are already open.
i use secuir to control them and connected an old emergency
light (battery and charger minus lamps)to power them.
they normally use batteries.
leopard opens and closes them according to outside
light level.
programming is straight forward, send ir open/close wait
one second send again.
takes three sends to go from full closed to full open.
linkage is alittle sloppy but it beats operating them myself
every day.
overall a good buy, i plan to install more.
hope this helps

Thanks Ed,

That was an interesting device, one of the first I have seen working with a twist-rod.

But it seems to be hard to find a solution that both twists and pulls in the same device.

Right now I'm looking in to the possibility to change the blinds to a type that only operates by a perpetual chain or a motor. But I think that the price will be rather high, and since my current blinds are fine, it would be interesting with a external solution.

cost is a big factor for me too.
i figure the next time i buy blinds, there will be a whole new blind technology.
heck if you want to use a chain or pullcord you can turn
them on their side and add a gear/pulley.
you can adapt them forever.
good luck with whatever way you chose to go.
let me know how it turns out.
