As Guy suggests, you should get an accurate answer from the HomeSeer board, but if you're not already a HomeSeer user, you might find when you get that software that you change your plans for the Ocelots.
If HomeSeer handles things such as lights, then you might find that one Ocelot is enough (maybe I shouldn't say that on this board :rolleyes: )
It can be difficult, trying to decide which functions are done where, but for anything mission-critical (alarm etc.) then an Ocelot will prove much more reliable than something PC-based. The PC can then handle the non-critical stuff, with an Ocelot watchdog re-booting the PC when it glitches.
